★ ★ ★ ★ ★ LG me asigno este centro de servicio para una lavasecadora que no secaba. fueron a revisarla y dijeron que era un mantenimiento. despues de hacerlo no quedo, pasaron 3 meses sin poder arreglar el equipo. Las personas y dueños de este lugar se desentendieron el asunto. LG tuvo que acudir con sus propios tecnicos.
Iguamente una television OLED la revisaron y dijeron que estaba bien, de igual forma cuando vino LG vieron que la pantalla estaba deforme e hicieron un cambio.
Mucho cuidado con este lugar, LG ya los sanciono por su pesima atencion y nulo conocimiento para arreglar los aparatos.
LG assigned me this service center for a washer-dryer that did not dry. They went to check it and said it was maintenance. After doing it, I did not stay, they spent 3 months without being able to fix the equipment. The people and owners of this place ignored the matter. LG had to go with its own technicians.
Likewise, an OLED television was checked and said it was fine, in the same way when LG came they saw that the screen was deformed and made a change.
Be very careful with this place, LG has already sanctioned them for their terrible attention and no knowledge to fix the devices.
