Me instalaron una puerta corrediza con mosquitero hace más de mes y medio y no han podido arreglar los pasadores ni el mosquitero y nadie me responde, me dicen que van a ir y no llegan. J	Jaclynn Picos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solicité dos espejos y 2 canceles para el baño, inicialmente el servicio fue muy bueno, enviando las cotizaciones y muy atentos, una vez que di el anticipo toda la atención cambió, se tardaban mucho tiempo en contestar, se atrasaron en la fecha de entrega, no fueron puntuales y no llegaron el día que tenían que llegar. Los espejos y uno de los canceles quedaron bien aunque dañaron un poco la pared y el lavabo al instalar. El cancel de la regadera, la instalaron fuera del bordo de la regadera y no pusieron un riel inferior por lo que toda el agua se sale y termina mojando todo el piso. Les comenté que no estaba satisfecha con la instalación, me contestaron que agendarían una visita y nunca volvieron a contestar. I requested two mirrors and 2 doors for the bathroom, initially the service was very good, sending the quotes and very attentive, once I gave the advance all the attention changed, they took a long time to answer, they were late in the delivery date, They were not punctual and did not arrive on the day they were supposed to arrive. The mirrors and one of the doors were good although they damaged the wall and the sink a bit when installing. The shower door was installed outside the shower head and they did not put a lower rail so all the water comes out and ends up wetting the entire floor. I told them that I was not satisfied with the installation, they replied that they would schedule a visit and they never replied again.

De los proveedores contactados, para generar la cotización y para resolver dudas, fueron los más ágiles. Al final quedó muy bien; un área de mejora que sugiero sería facilitar algunas herramientas adicionales al equipo técnico, para facilitarles sus labores (e.g. aceite lubricante, cinta "masking tape", franelas, entre otras). I received good attention and follow-up for the installation of a door and window, both from Tania and Montserrat. Of the suppliers contacted, to generate the quote and to resolve doubts, they were the most agile. In the end it turned out very well; An area of improvement that I suggest would be to provide some additional tools to the technical team, to facilitate their work (e.g. lubricating oil, masking tape, flannels, among others).
