Sin duda alguna dentro del top 3 de las mejores empresas para trabajar, si no es que la mejor.
Undoubtedly within the top 3 of the best companies to work for, if not the best.

Deteniendo gente que ya recibieron confirmación que todo está bien...no es una buena vista para el negocio. Hasta que touristos son respetados y cómodos usando hoteles carros como Hard Rock Cancun no los pueda recommendar.
Stopping people who have already received confirmation that all is well...is not a good view for business. Until tourists are respected and comfortable using car hotels like Hard Rock Cancun I cannot recommend them.

Kidnapping of guests is a bad look.

Cancun is not a fun place to visit anyway, too much begging and corruption. And after this hotel threatened a family AND extorted their money, the family was contacted only after having to out them on American television. NEVER GO HERE. NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS.

I saw on the news you tried to hold a Florida USA family hostage in your hotel over a dispute on a bill. That is unacceptable and a total disgrace to you and your company!! Our plans to stay at this place have changed. Never would we support a company that would even think of this!!! What a disgrace!

I had purchased a legendary membership with red hotels after a couple week stay at unico. I was completely lied to about what was being offered to me and available to me. They lied about us being able to bring our children (as we have 5), I was lied to about promotions & events, as well as room category. When filing a dispute and trying to talk to them, I dealt with an Ian Weinberger who was probably the absolute rudest person I’ve ever spoken to in the hospitality business. He was condescending, disrespectful & absolutely disgusting to work with. I was asking for a refund considering we were lied to. When he finally offered me ANYTHING it was a week stay at the resort, which we would’ve took if we had absolutely no other options to recuperate the 4K we spent. I went in to labor & had complications, when recovered & returning home I followed up with him to ultimately be ignored. It’s very frustrating and discouraging to be treated this way by a company that expects to make profits based on its members. I don’t recommend staying at their resorts and definitely don’t sign up for the membership.

This is a partnership of Paradise Pass and Leading Destinations a group of rip off artists and scammers who promise and lie to you at the resort to get you to purchase another holiday at a discounted price which ends up not being true. Your told you can get a total refund but after you leave the resort they change the story to no refund and no one responds to your emails. It’s a scam! Don’t give them any money or any more money! Shame on you Hard Rock for allowing them to conduct business in all your properties.

We arrived today on reservation number 21143167 with the intention of staying for 6 days. I've communicated with you over the phone as well as online. We are from the state's and wanted to have some down time at the resort in Cancun,Mexico. Our stay at the Airbnb was for 42 days with our dog(Rottweiler) Lil C. My wife went ahead to check in on the 14th February and was greeted by a representative named Pam Oliver. Your website indicates that you are pet friendly. Apparently, there's small print somewhere that stipulates size requirements for the property. Firstly, I was delayed at the front gate by a rude guard that made us pull over in the the parking lot. We waited for over 25 minutes for another rude girl to come down into the parking lot to explain why our dog was to big. I'm not sure but I didn't think that the Hard Rock properties conducts business in parking lots. This is an unacceptable business practice and should be reviewed at every level. If you are trying to get people on the property to sell timeshares this is not the way. They turned away over $3500 worth of business and a potential timeshare owner. I'm very disappointed with the results of this process and will be sending an email to the corporate address
