Rafael, el joven propietario de este negocio, fue muy amable, conocedor e increíblemente servicial en mi búsqueda de una cabina de sonido profesional. Soy actriz profesional y me contrataron para hacer un trabajo de doblaje para un nuevo programa de Netflix. Para esto, no solo necesitaba una cabina de sonido profesional, sino también una conexión Wi-Fi de alta velocidad. Encontré a Rafael y RD Studio haciendo una búsqueda rápida en Google. Era el más cercano al centro de la ciudad, así que decidí llamar. Le pregunté sus especificaciones de Internet y rápidamente me dio toda la información, un muy buen precio y además me refirió a otros ingenieros de sonido de la ciudad. Me impresiono mucho su dedicación de brindar la mayor ayuda posible, incluso si eso significaba ir con otra persona. Pregunté y hablé con otras cabinas de sonido, pero al final Rafael tenía el precio más razonable, estaba más cerca de la ciudad y tuvo la mejor conexión de Internet. Fue muy fácil comunicarse con Rafael a través de WhatsApp y contestó todas mis preguntas. Se encuentra a 8 minutos en Uber/automóvil o 27 minutos a pie. Decidí caminar desde el centro de la ciudad hasta su estudio y estoy muy feliz de haberlo hecho, ya que pude ver más del las calles encantadoras de Oaxaca. Al llegar a su casa (que sirvió como de Airbnb antes de la pandemia) entré a su estudio. Rafael fue muy amable y me ayudó a prepararme para mi trabajo en Netflix que estaba grabando desde la ciudad de Nueva York. Al principio, estuve nerviosa por que no sabía como iba a estar el Wi-Fi, pero la sesión fue perfecta! Rafael me dejo hacer lo que tenía que hacer, pero checaba conmigo periódicamente para asegurarse de que todo iba bien. Gracias a Rafael y su colega Alejandro, hice un excelente trabajo y los productores estaban muy agradecidos de que tuviera un sonido y una apariencia tan profesionales. ¡También supe que Gordon Ramsey grabó para National Geographic en la misma cabina de sonido! 10/10 Recomiendo a Rafael y RD Studio por su profesionalismo, comunicación excepcional, y servicio de alta calidad. Espero volver algún día a esta hermosa ciudad y seguir apoyando a los emprendedores jóvenes y de alta calidad como Rafael. RD Studio is the most incredible recording service I found in the city of Oaxaca. Rafael, the young owner of this business, was very friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful in my search for a professional sound booth. I am a professional actress and I was hired to do a voiceover job for a new Netflix show. For this, he needed not only a professional sound booth, but also a high-speed Wi-Fi connection. I found Rafael and RD Studio doing a quick Google search. It was the closest to the city center, so I decided to call. I asked him about his internet specifications and he quickly gave me all the information, a very good price and also referred me to other sound engineers in the city. I was very impressed with their dedication to providing as much help as possible, even if it meant going with someone else. I asked and spoke with other sound booths, but in the end Rafael had the most reasonable price, he was closer to the city and he had the best internet connection. It was very easy to communicate with Rafael through WhatsApp and he answered all my questions. It is an 8 minute Uber / car ride or 27 minute walk. I decided to walk from the city center to his studio and I am very happy that I did, as I was able to see more of the charming streets of Oaxaca. Upon arriving at his house (which served as Airbnb before the pandemic) I entered his study. Rafael was very kind and helped me prepare for my Netflix job that I was filming from New York City. At first, I was nervous because I didn't know how the Wi-Fi was going to be, but the session was perfect! Rafael let me do what I had to do, but he checked with me periodically to make sure everything was going well. Thanks to Rafael and his colleague Alejandro, I did an excellent job and the producers were very grateful that it had such a professional sound and look. I also learned that Gordon Ramsey recorded for National Geographic in the same sound booth! 10/10 I recommend Rafael and RD Studio for their professionalism, exceptional communication, and high quality service. I hope to return to this beautiful city one day and continue to support young, high-quality entrepreneurs like Rafael.
