 The person who answers is a very good person. The response times are slow, but generally are not attributable to the workshop if not the insurer or related suppliers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se tardaron 3 meses en arreglar el carro super tardado, y no hablan para decirte nada, y cuando lo tenían ya arreglado no avisaron tuvimos que hablar para preguntar y resulta que ya estaba pero no nos avisaban y nosotros sin carro batallando
It took 3 months to fix the car super late, and they don't talk to tell you anything, and when they had it fixed they didn't tell us we had to talk to ask and it turns out that it was already there but they didn't tell us and we struggled without a car

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El trato es amable... pero dicen que te llaman o te envían mensaje y no lo hacen. Si no les insisto ellos no se comunican. Ruego que no sea lo mismo cuando el auto entre al taller a ser reparado... Espero que sean responsables y serios.
The treatment is friendly... but they say they call you or send you a message and they don't. If I don't insist they don't communicate. I pray that it is not the same when the car enters the workshop to be repaired... I hope they are responsible and serious.
