★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengan cuidado, son unos mercenarios, lo que menos les importa es el cliente, sólo el dinero. Poca seriedad, cero profesionalismo. Mi mamá puso en renta un departamento con ellos. Su corredora lo rentó a alguien que lo iba a usar como oficina en un lugar donde estaba prohibido por ser residencial. Se canceló la negociación pero cobraron 7500 pesos de comisión, a pesar de que por un error de ellos no se concretó nada ni cumplieron con el contrato. En resumen una burla y un robo descarado.
Be careful, they are mercenaries, what less they care about is the client, only the money. Little seriousness, zero professionalism. My mom rented an apartment with them. His broker rented it to someone who was going to use it as an office in a place where it was forbidden to be residential. The negotiation was canceled but they charged 7500 pesos of commission, despite the fact that due to an error of theirs nothing was specified nor did they comply with the contract. In short, a mockery and a blatant robbery.
