★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Repararon mi lavadora, supuestamente cambiaron la tarjeta madre y 2 meses fallo de nuevo fue el ingeniero a casa y dijo que la tarjeta seguía con sarro, le pregunte porque una tarjeta madre si era nueva volvía a fallar y por la garantía, dijo que no era nueva y que me llamarían llevo 21 días tratando de comunicarme y no me contesta nadie absolutamente nadie , ni a los números directos de ambos ingenieros,
They repaired my washing machine, supposedly they changed the motherboard and 2 months it failed again, the engineer went home and said that the card was still with tartar, I asked him why a motherboard if it was new would fail again and because of the warranty, he said it was not new and that they would call me I have been trying to communicate for 21 days and nobody answers me absolutely nobody, nor to the direct numbers of both engineers,

Appalling. I took my fridge to fix why it was leaking water. They charged me and the fridge never stopped pouring water. Call for warranty and they never gave me bad bad follow-up

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Era cliente, ya no. Las ultimas dos ocasiones que llevé aparatos electrodomésticos se tardaron semanas en para decirme que no tenían nada. Evidentemente tuve que llevarlos a reparar a otro lugar. Pésimo servicio y todavía te atienden como si te estuvieran haciendo el favor.
I was a customer, not anymore. The last two times I brought in appliances it took weeks for them to tell me they had nothing. Obviously I had to take them elsewhere for repair. Terrible service and they still treat you like they are doing you a favor.
