Muy mal servicio que ha dado la compañía, después de haberlo comprado en octubre del 2018 a la fecha, 4 de junio del 2019, no lo han arreglado, puras vueltas y vueltas me han traído. Actualmente ya ni me contestan el teléfono el encargado de Reacsa. A pesar de que ellos están conscientes de que el aparato venía con una falla.
Hay que tener cuidado con este tipo de gente y de negocio, ya que aparentemente es un negocio establecido y serio, pero en mi experiencia no ha sido así.
El técnico que el mismo negocio me ofreció para instalarlo, colocó uno de los climas, me cobró completo el servicio, sin dejar funcionando el aparato, (por cierto de mal manera cobró, muy exigente) y pretendía que le pagara la mitad de la instalación del segundo aparato, me negué a pagarle, comentándole que hasta que estuviera hecho el trabajo se lo pagaba.
Tal parece que hubiera hecho la compra en la fayuca o con un negocio informal.
I bought two York minisplits of 2 tons, one went wrong, no gas. Very bad service that the company has given, after having bought it in October of 2018 to the date, June 4, 2019, they have not fixed it, pure returns and returns have brought me. You have to be careful with this type of people and business, as it is apparently an established and serious business, but in my experience it has not been that way.
The technician that the same business offered me to install it, placed one of the climates, charged me full service, without leaving the device running, (by the way badly charged, very demanding) and intended to pay half of the installation of the second device, I refused to pay him, telling him that until he was done the job was paid.
It seems that he had made the purchase in the fayuca or with an informal business.
