Club banana seen better days it's old needs a make over. Food was ok alcohol and drinks ok you can find a better hotel for the price your going to pay here

Lost of credibility since its prime days . Some memories and left best as memories can't blame them .alcapulco top rated crime city in Mexico. Took its toll on a lot of places here

Everyone is anxious to help you. The bar service was outstanding and the atmosphere charming. Great experience.

An older resort with excellent caring staff.

Beds and rooms are comfortable; staff is great; food is mediocre and grounds are nice. It is a good value for the money and we would return.

This is a joke they told you all this things that will be in your service and they won't provide them, plus food was Horrible I'll never recommend this place , yeah price is okay, but but worth not even a dollar.

Very poor service for being a four star all inclusive hotel. As soon as we got to hotel to check in the receptionist couldn't find our second room! We were pretty much arguing back & fourth for bout an hour I had email proof & receipts we made deposits. I guess they go through a "third-party" vendor for payment which is very horrible & old school! We couldn't pay for rooms on Expedia nor on their website we had to have a family member made the deposit to their bank choices from Mexico. Which that there should have been a red flag for me! Finally the manager came and "found" our reservation for second room. The rooms were ok, no mini fridge and beds were pretty hard. Since we had the all inclusive the food buffets were basic, no flavor &very basic! The chilaquiles were dry, pancakes burnt oatmeal PLAIN! No kind of seafood the 4 days we wre there. Never again Acapulco. The beach they took us to was disgusting water was filthy, waves were super strong my little boys (6 & 2) couldn't even swim in salted water. Service from staff was not so good! We have traveled to D.R all inclusive as well & that was an amazing experience! I give this hotel a 1 start.....the pool area didn't have kid friendly area. And staff wouldn't really give u beverage choice you would have to ask or guess what they had. And the beer they had was only Tecate. Nothing excited about this hotel. Again the way you must reserve a room is just a headache!
