Real Club Resorts - 77500 Cancún

The hotels are beautiful but the customer service if you want/need anything other than giving them more money is TERRIBLE!!! No response unless you imply that you intend to spend money. I am absolutely frustrated dealing with them and I would NEVER recommend purchasing this timeshare or any other for that matter. You pay enough for the timeshare itself and then they nickel and dime you to death for everything after that too.

SCAM! Stay away!!!! The hotel Panama Jack it’s great. The “real club membership” is a scam. They will sell you a certain amount of nights/weeks and tell you it’s included in the package. However what they don’t say is that they will charge a “discounted rate” per person per night. So for 2 adults. They will charge 130 per person per night. So 260 a night. That’s the discount. I don’t see much savings there. They sold my parents an 18k dollar membership only to keep paying 260 a night every time they want to vacay. Stay away!!!! LOOK At page 9 Anex B paragraph 1. Just stay away.

I have a membership with them, I was looking for resorts that they have in Los Cabos and I didn't find anything in their web site, if I want to book there, I need to call the hotel directly.

I am at Hyatt Zilara. It is a beautiful hotel. The customer service is exceeding expectations. I read some reviews that talk bad about customer service. I don’t know what they are talking about. My family has been coming to their hotels in Cancun and Playa for 6 years in a row. I love their customer service. So far, the best customer service. Food ... could be better for such beautiful hotel as Hyatt Zilara. It is not bad but not perfect either. I am sad about only one thing - entertainment. Their evening entertainment is weak. Overall, real club was good to us. I would be able to afford to stay in Hyatt Zilara without their rates.

The resort I frequent is a 5 star! Panama Jack Cancun. Excellent staff, great accommodations, wonderful food - I do and will continue to go annually. My 1 star is for Real Club Resorts members services/ Membership. It is a scam and will waste your time and money. Do not waste your vacation time listening to their promises of how great it is to be a member. Just go online and book when you want to go. (for reference I am a 2nd tier member that has upped my membership thinking it would get me more-It got me less with 24 hour booking rates compared to years past of 12 months in advance rates which they use to scam you out of more money) Being a member takes a lifetime for your return on investment but even worse the customer service is less than sub par. Until they get better customer reps I will give them zero $ to upgrade ever again and will make it my mission to educate everyone I come in contact with about not becoming a member and why.

A Real Club membership is a great deal with many benefits! Understanding how it works and all the details of the membership is the key. It is an investment but if you want to travel and like to travel in style, it will save you money in the long run and unlike a timeshare you can go anywhere in the world for as long as you want anytime of the year.

The real club has been wonderful. They have recently undergone some changes. I am hoping for the best.

Wonderful staff but far form "all inclusive" pay for hydro circuit, pay for chairs, pay for chiefs plate, less services, has went WAY DOWN in value. NOTHING like it use to be. DO NOT join Real Club. It was a BIG mistake we made. Can not talk to people directly only through email with a LONG wait for responses.
