El estacionamiento no tiene seguridad alguna. The rooms smell damp, the beds are hard and the pillows too. It has a good kitchenette with refrigerator and microwave. The parking has no security.
S	SERGIO OMAR PAULIN RAMIREZ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buen lugar para descansar con la familia, esta a solo 100 metros de la playa, en sus habitaciones dobles encontrarás frigo bar, barra de cocina, cafetera , aditamentos para preparar café, tarja, es decir puedes ir a los centros comerciales cerca y aprovisionar de tus víveres, así economizaras y podrás aprovechar tu efectivo en diversión, la habitación es bastante limpia y el ambiente del hotel es tranquilo, así que no te preocupes si llevas pequeños, la vista es perfecta por la noche, alcanzas a ver el puerto de Veracruz, cerca del hotel hay muchos lugares donde podrás comer delicioso, la zona para la comida es un poco cara pero deliciosa, para comer te recomiendo ir más al centro de Boca del Río, que lo disfrutes y espero te sirva la recomendación. I	Ingrid Lemus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llegamos y el elevador no servia, dijeron que por la tarde estaría listo, llevamos 3 días aqui y es hora que el elevador sigue inservible, lo peor es de que estamos en el último piso, hay que subir muchísimas escaleras, las cuales son estrechas y el calor se encierra horrible, la alberca estaba a la mitad y en mal estado, las habitaciones son un tanto pequeñas, no como las fotos. Deberían de ser un poco mas honestos con lo que muestran, muy mal para el precio que se paga. No lo recomiendo. En el elevador caben 2 personas y si llevas prisa mejor por las escaleras ya que es mega lento ah y cuidado por que puedes quedar atrapado. Y si requieres factura lo mejor es que te la entreguen al momento por que después jamás llegará!!! Lo pésimo es el servicio de limpieza, si te hospedas más de 1 noche, tardan demasiado en limpiar la habitación al siguiente día. The rooms are fine for the price. Pets of small-medium size are admitted with an extra charge. The appalling thing is the cleaning service, if you stay more than 1 night, it takes too long to clean the room the next day.
