Deben mejorar mucho, y mostrar que en verdad les interesa la satisfacción del cliente. Aún cuando se les expresó la inconformidad, no hubo ni intención de disculparse o compensar.
Al menos que haya un cambio verdadero, volvería.
Detalle adicional: nunca llegaron los frijoles (algo tan común), etc.
Si, el lugar es bonito, de ahí que, la espectativa es alta y puede decepcionar.

They must improve a lot, and show that they really care about customer satisfaction. Even when the disagreement was expressed to them, there was no intention of apologizing or compensating.
Unless there is a real change, I would go back.

Yes, the place is beautiful, hence the expectation is high and it can disappoint.
