★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servició del área comercial, sus procesos son pésimos y atención de muy bajo nivel, las casas presentan demasiados problemas de garantía, no hay supervisión y el área de postventa deja mucho que desear, de igual manera sus procesos y supervisión son deplorables y su personal no tiene ni laa remota idea de servicio al cliente... No lo recomiendo.
Very poor service from the commercial area, their processes are lousy and service is of a very low level, the houses have too many warranty problems, there is no supervision and the after-sales area leaves much to be desired, in the same way their processes and supervision are deplorable and their Staff has no clue about customer service... I don't recommend it.
