Cuando reservas por booking, te facilitan mapa y un número de teléfono; a este último marqué cuando llegué para que me indicaran la ubicación del estacionamiento. El cuarto es pequeño y tiene lo esencial. Las camas son cómodas y en el ropero había cobertores extras. Tiene luz de emergencia y detectores de humo, por lo que te sentirás seguro en todo momento. El restaurant tiene restaurant-bar en dos terrazas. El segundo nivel (arriba, desde aquí se ve la Peña sin obstáculos) es sólo para huéspedes, el de primer nivel (abajo, se ve la Peña solo en las mesas que están lejos de la barda floral) es para público en general. En cuanto a precios, el hotel está bien, el restaurant se me hace demasiado caro. Aunque sí valen la pena. The attention is excellent. When you book by booking, they provide you with a map and a phone number; I dialed the latter when I arrived so that they could tell me the location of the parking lot. The room is small and has the essentials. The beds are comfortable and in the wardrobe there were extra covers. It has an emergency light and smoke detectors, so you will feel safe at all times. The restaurant has a restaurant-bar on two terraces. The second level (above, from here you can see the Peña without obstacles) is for guests only, the first level (below, you can see the Peña only at the tables that are far from the floral wall) is for the general public. As for prices, the hotel is fine, the restaurant is too expensive for me. Although they are worth it.
D	Decimator Godfather (Sam Ace Rothstein) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estacionamiento lejano, nadie te abre, tienes que ir primero al Hotel y luego regresar al estacionamiento y caminar nuevamente al Hotel, el restaurante está rico pero hace mucho frío en la noche, los meseros les falta capacitación, actitud de servicio, resolverle al cliente, ayudarle. Distant parking lot, no one opens it for you, you have to go to the Hotel first and then return to the parking lot and walk to the Hotel again, the restaurant is delicious but it is very cold at night, the waiters lack training, service attitude, resolve the customer, help you.

Genial, la vista hermosa de la plaza y de la Peña, la atención del mesero fue excelente y amigable, con todo y q el Cheff no había llegado pero nos acercó el pasito y café... Ya cuando nos sirvieron el desayuno estuvo deliciosos los 4 platillos q escogimos. Sin dudar regreso. We arrived in Bernal early on a Tuesday and there was almost nothing open, a waiter looked out and invited us to go to the restaurant on the terrace. Great, the beautiful view of the square and the Peña, the attention of the waiter was excellent and friendly, with everything and that the Cheff had not arrived but he brought us the little step and coffee ... When they served us breakfast, all 4 of them were delicious. dishes we chose. I will return without hesitation.

La comida es exquisíta!!! El Filete Migñon de 10...su clericot con el sabor adecuado... Agradable experiencia!!! Restauran't Milo's ampliamente recomendable... A place with a very pleasant atmosphere !!!... careful attention by the host Joel Santiago (Thank you for your fine attentions)... very attentive, pleasant... and careful in his performance. The food is exquisite!!! The Filet Mignon of 10...its clericot with the right flavor... Nice experience!!! Restauran't Milo's highly recommended...

S	Sam Castillo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is nice and the view seems to be good but service was awful, it was lunch time and me and my friends wanted to grab some food but unfortunately the restaurant eschedule didnt match with us cause between 12pm and 13hrs they don't have any food to serve, so the hostess service was awful telling us they didn't have any (don't even a little bit of breakfast) food to serve. I can't believe that a hotel/restaurant like this one couldn't support a core menu during the whole day even more they are at the turistic area.
