El cascarón de las casas es atractivo, pero al final te entregan una casa en pésimas condiciones, sin la posibilidad de instalar servicios a menos que uno invierta en prácticamente, deshacer la casa, meterle el servicio y luego reparar. A muchos les "apartaron" casa que ya no había en existencia y les robaron su dinero. Se safan diciendo que el recibo de apartado no es un documento oficial. A una persona le autorizaron el crédito y no le entregaron casa. Siguen anunciando "últimas tres casas" y ya no hay en existencia!!! Somos muchos vecinos reclamando. La constructora ya se fue y ya no sabemos nada. Hasta la alberca está inutilizable, no tiene ni filtros, es un hoyo "bonito" nadamas. No hubo ni árboles, ni área de juegos, y no hay parrillas en los asadores, como prometieron en su publicidad. Appalling.
