la señora te transmite una vibras malísimas, de mala onda.
los colchones de mala calidad, super duros, televisiones del asco, refrigeradores que no enfrían, sillas de los balcones del asco, a punto de romperse.
no puedes disfrutar de la terraza con música, las piscina heladisima (no tiene calentador) y la atención vomitiva
si pueden reservar en otro lado aunque sea más caro valdrá más la pena.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar está muy bonito pero tienen un pésimo servicio de recepción, tiene muy poco estacionamiento, no recomiendo el lugar por el mal servicio que tiene súper déspota los de la recepción muy mala experiencia no vuelvo, reservas una cosa y cuando llegas te dan lo que ellos quieren.
The place is very nice but they have a lousy reception service, it has very little parking, I do not recommend the place because of the bad service that the receptionists have super despot very bad experience I will not return, you reserve one thing and when you arrive they give you what they want.

The place is fine. But the pool is cold all the time. We ask why they don't turn on the temperature if all the users leave because of the cold. And they said that's how we leave it daily. always cold

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En general, todo fue una mala experiencia, de entrada ofrecieron más servicios de los cuales nunca nos dieron, no dan nada de atencion, tenían un refrigerador que aprestaba toda la habitación si se te ocurría abrirlo. Y detañe tras detalle :( y eso que pagamos por una semana completa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t stay here it has been our worst experience in Mexico to date the service from the owner Patti unbelievable don’t think she wants to be here. They advertise air conditioner but it’s locked you pay, you beg for toilet paper,our fridge smelled complained took 3 days finally got a different one, she’s covered up 2 burns on the 4 burner stove in every unit, beds are hard as rocks, sheets I could have spit through and they were ripped, no screens on windows, no chairs at all around pool, told 1 lady she had put her stuff from the previous year in our room and we must have kept it what a lier, pay 50 peso for your water other places free, none of the staff acknowledge you, didn’t have a sink stopped asked for one didn’t fit ended up buying our own. NEVER AGAIN
