★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son privadas de casas bonitas en general aunque con recámaras muy chicas. Tienen áreas deportivas y albercas de buen tamaño y profundidad adecuada.. Lo muy malo es que están muy aisladas de centros comerciales y si no tienen auto mejor no comprar..
They are deprived of pretty houses in general although with very small bedrooms. They have sports areas and pools of good size and adequate depth .. The very bad thing is that they are very isolated from shopping centers and if they do not have a car, it is better not to buy ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar es muy bonito pero justo ese Fraccionamiento es un fraude más de las constructoras, tiene 15 años sin poder terminarse, no hay agua contínuamente por fallas en la bomba de agua, la luz de las áreas comunes la pagan los condominios, hay lotes baldíos con accesos abiertos y solo cuando quieren vender los constructores limpian algunas partes.
NO COMPRES PROBLEMAS INFORMATE ANTES DE COMPRAR.
The place is very nice, but that Fractionation is just one more fraud of the construction companies, it has been 15 years without being finished, there is no water continuously due to failures in the water pump, the electricity in the common areas is paid for by the condominiums, there are vacant lots with open access and only when they want to sell the builders they clean some parts.
DO NOT BUY PROBLEMS INFORM BEFORE BUYING.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pesar de que esta un poco retirado de la civilizacion, la mitad de la vieja autopista a Tepoztlán, es un lugar tranquilo para vivir. Rentan casas para fin de semana (hay alberca y área recreativa). Se organiza en privadas y cada una cuenta con su propia entrada/ reja. Lo mas bonito es el mirador.
Although it is a little removed from civilization, half of the old highway to Tepoztlan is a quiet place to live. They rent houses for the weekend (there is a pool and recreation area). It is organized in private and each one has its own entrance / gate. The most beautiful is the viewpoint.
