★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went at noon and even tho they were no longer serving breakfast, they managed to get us something from the breakfast menu. We had tostada de aguacate which are amazing, pasta a la diabla, spicy but very good and surprisingly al dente, it is very hard to find pasta al dente in Valladolid, we were impressed. Food is really really good, and service is excellent, hats off to Nelson our waiter. The only reason stopping me from 5 stars is the fact that they include the service/tip. No one should force you to pay for it. We were going to tip him 15% but the fact that they add it to your bill is a turn off, and according to Profeco it is ilegal . But we will be back

1. The location is incredible. You are literally steps away from the main plaza and a couple of blocks away from the famous Calz de Los Frailes.
2. It's pretty brand new so the rooms, lobby, pool, etc. are all very nice!
3. The staff are very friendly and accommodating.
4. The food is actually quite good.
Cons:
1. Check in is supposed to be at 3pm, but our room was not ready until 5pm.
2. On the website it states that the rooms include breakfast, but that is not true.
3. There is no mini fridge in the room, so you can't keep your bottles of water cold.
4. The hotel does not have it's alcohol license, so no booze.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent hotel. Clean, spacious and in a beautiful building. A minute walk from the main square. Nice place to hang out and relax by the pool (unless it will be crowded, which luckily for us it wasn't). Very friendly staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean, spacious rooms and staff very very friendly. Centrally located with a lot of attractions and restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again. As others have said, it’s disappointing they are not licensed for alcohol service yet, but there are plenty of other places close by.
