No hay agua caliente, al parecer por “horarios” encienden la caldera, las habitaciones que de por si son viejas, carecen por completo de mantenimiento desde hace años… toallas rotas… horrible NO VENGAN I put a star just to be able to comment, but TERRIBLE experience. There is no hot water, apparently due to "schedules" they turn on the boiler, the rooms that in themselves are old, have completely lacked maintenance for years ... torn towels ... horrible DON'T COME

K	Kyle Cat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Giving this place a two, because there are not a lot of decent options in Tecoman. Place is trying to be clean, but missing detail. The gal at the front desk named "Lily" is extremely RUDE!! She has no reason to be in customer service. The pool area looks nice, but you cannot see through the water, it is like a swamp. Their idea of pool maintenance is adding more chlorine. The restaurant food is ok, but the service in there is sub par, even for Mexico. There was a bug in our bed, "BED BUGS?" If you are looking for a nice stay, Keep Looking!!
