Real Inn Cancún

Great place to stay, good value and awesome views. Make sure to get a king size bed since the other ones are too small. Over all this is great pick.

The morning buffet was marvelous overlooking the lagoon. It was nice to have the waiters serve the buffet to everyone due to covid restrictions, it actually made for a better experience rather than waiting for someone to figure out how to toast their bread. The waiters (Elizabeth, Angeles, Antonio, Héctor, Javier and Juan) all made an Australian currently learning Spanish feel very welcome and were patient and authentically interested in having a chat. Super lovely experience all around. Muchas gracias!!!

I saw the good reviews and booked a week for me and my wife. The problems first started when the AC wouldn't work, when the man came to fix it he said just to leave it off, which made no sense whatsoever. 2nd problem was that the toilet wouldn't flush, when the worker came he said just not to flush it, which was more confusing and then problem 3 the shower didn't work for 2 days and then the water in the taps stopped working early morning when we were getting ready for a long 3 hour drive, the reception said they'll fix it in the next 10 hours. This happened over 3 days, problem after problem so we decided to go to a much better hotel on the main strip. Oh plus the parking at Real Inn is terrible, the road in front is very hard to pull in to as the cars go past at about 50mph. I would avoid this place, stay somewhere like Krystal Cancun which is in the main area with great access to the beach. Avoid this place.

Where do I start. My stay at the Real Inn was the best vacation I ever had. The rooms was very very clean and the front desk service was wonderful. Now the food service! O my Gosh! It was excellent ?? The servers Daniel, Mario, Oviedo,Vicky, Pamela, and Omari was wonderful. Very kind, polite, right on time with everything. Also the excursion guy Enrique was wonderful as well. Our stay at the Real Inn in Cancun will forever be a special Memory will never forget. Thank u all for your hard work. And trust me we real real appreciate you all for all u did for us. This hotel is great for business or pleasure. The rooms are very nice, I loved the pool area and the dining area is right by the water. The staff is extremely nice. You can't beat the price too. The price was excellent.

The lagoon view rooms were the best thing about this hotel! This trip was more for relaxation so waking up to the view was amazing! We didn’t try the pool due to the weather but it looked great! However, I felt like I heard every door slam in the building. And every voice outside my door felt like they might as well been having the conversation with me! Staff was really friendly & accommodating. We opted out of the buffet breakfast but dinner in the cafe most nights were really good. Fish tacos were the best—wish I woulda skipped the pasta options I tried. Cocktails really good. Good location. Figured out a day in that you can walk 3 minutes to the right of the hotel and there’s a little store (snacks, drinks, souvenirs, etc). Oh! Bonanza Seafood spot by the ferry (12 min walk to the right)— food was so hot and delicious! Drinks hit the spot! Yes, I’d stay here again but I think I’d try another hotel w/ a great view first.

We stayed at the Real Inn Cancun for 4 days and we (we are a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 kids) loved the experience. The location is not just gorgeous, but also very close to amusement parks, water activities and the beach! The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful! We thoroughly relished the buffet breakfast and they were considerate enough to offer ample options for vegetarians like us. The rooms were fresh and clean and very well-equipped with hair dryer, soaps and shampoo, neat towels and yes they were replaced promptly! The pool side is excellent with large shower areas and they provide with towels too. I found the view from the restaurant to be a picture perfect one where one can enjoy food right next to the sea. It also has a Starbucks in house so overall a very very good find! I definitely recommend this place
