★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice hotel. Stayed there a few times when we visit Nuevo Laredo. On one occasion when we stayed there two tour buses were there ( Los Rojo y Julion Alvarez) Customer service is great and I love the pool . Parking is a little tight but I can deal with that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There isn't central ac in this hotel. The lobby stays hot and unbearable and each room has a small unit that is hung on the wall. The pool is small. The customer service is subpar. Never staying there again. Do not recommend at all!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The breakfast was good except for the coffee. The hallways are a sauna but my room's AC worked, although it sometimes smelled bad. The pool and rooms look pretty nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don’t clean the rooms like they should, terrible service at the reception, the bathroom was nasty and the lobby doesn’t have ac, i asked for my money back and they didn’t want to refund until I asked for the manager and explained it, very poor customer service, I’m moving to the fiesta inn, one block away, just stayed here for 10 hours and hated it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here December 2018 while on a trip to Mexico. We were concerned about leaving our car cramped full of stuff in the dark parking lot, but staff was super accommodating and let us park in the drop-off section overnight since it is the most lit and front desk staff has a clear view. The bedroom and bathroom were clean, spacious, and comfortable for one night. The free breakfast was the best I've ever had, with a large amount of variety of food and drinks. Don't hesitate to book here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bed and room where good and comfortable but the walls are not soundproof at all! I didn’t sleep more than 40 consistent minutes, I could here EVERYTHING from EVERYWHERE! The breakfast wasn’t good too
