The Hotel is nice and its connected to a shopping center San Agustin. Its located in a nice neighborhood of Monterrey. Although the Hotel had only been opened for one month there was a lot of things that needed to be fixed. Our room was missing the security lock from the inside that prevents anyone from coming in when the room is unlocked. I am not sure why at night the water pressure when showering was very low and there was no hot water. At the time of our stay they were in the middle of filming commercials to promote the hotel. Due to the filming we didn't enjoy the pool as much as we would have liked. Also because of the production going on our order of 3 canned drinks took over 45 minutes and our order was incorrect when it arrived. The lady that went up to our room explained that due to the filming in the restaurant they were running behind. The next day I ordered Ice, two hours after we ordered we decided to leave to and the ice had not been delivered yet. The staff was very nice and courteous. Overall, I think that the hotel has a lot of potential and it would be a great place to stay, Management just needs to be more coordinated and they need to hire more staff.
