AC unit does not work, you need to contact front desk to adjust temperature.
Make sure to bring 2 ID'S if you want to get pool towels.front desk requested an ID for pool towels.
hot water takes 20 min to get into the shower.
Restroom door does not work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place, to stay close to this part of town, bathtubs are not often available, their event planning is not that good, breakfast buffet is ok. Its nice you can use sports club to exercise ( not open in holidays) keep in mind in case you visit this hotel on holidays.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I only stayed the night and checked out too early to eat here but, the staff was friendly and professional, the room was clean, safe and had good internet. Check out was quick and they were watching out for my driver. There was a lighted football field right next door and it was fun to watch a local match for a bit.

There aren't enough parking spaces. The door did not close properly you could never put the lock on it. If you did not make sure you slammed it it stayed open for anyone to come it.
The door stop was in a weird place you could only open the door like half way.
We had gotten a junior king suite the was a very lovely robe on the bed and the there was another one throwned inside the closet, could not tell if it had been used or not.
The corridor in the hotel looked neglected. The minie fridge was missing too.
But the room were always clean and the staff were always nice. Just because of that I would consider staying there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean. Great service. Has Gym, pools, messages, soccer field and track to run or jog. In newer part of town. Large shopping center and restaurants within blocks. The picture was taken from our room at sunset.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great family friendly place to stay, very comfortable, you Will have access to the running trails of the private sport club right behind the hotel, delicious food, outstanding service, my wifey and daughter were confy and safe, is definitely one of the best places around. Check the view from my window on the picture.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super relaxing hotel with insane amount of good service. But what makes the deal is the access to the sports center located just aside from the hotel. It has 50m pool, tennis courts, sauna, steam, etc... Really very good place to stay for many nights
