★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente lugar para descansar,lo único malo es la habitación que nos tocó el baño estaba demasiado descuido y la puerta de este estaba rota.Pero en general es buen servicio por parte de los que atendieron.
 Excellent place to rest, the only bad thing is the room that we had the bathroom was too careless and the door of this was broken. But in general it is good service by those who attended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No vayan, definitivamente no lo hagan. Nos cambiaron de habitación 3 veces, lástima que ya habían hecho el cargo. Habitaciones en pésimos estado, sucias, con muchísimos insectos, el estacionamiento es un lío. Solicitas apoyo en recepción y te dejan esperando hasta que se les antoja, nada recomendable.
Don't go, definitely don't. They changed our room 3 times, too bad they had already made the charge. Rooms in terrible condition, dirty, with many insects, parking is a mess. You request support at reception and they leave you waiting until they feel like it, not recommended at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible. Baños extremadamente sucios. No hay agua caliente. Dudo que las dudo que hayan cambiado las sábanas. No ofrecen jabón para los baños. El ventilador de la habitación parece que se te va a caer encima. Albercas sucias, había limones enmohecidos en el fondo (caían de un árbol cercano). Muy feo. El hotel podría estar limpio y sería un lugar sencillo pero agradable. Pero no lo está. Es horrible.
Terrible. Extremely dirty bathrooms. There is no hot water. I doubt that I doubt they have changed the sheets. They do not offer soap for the bathrooms. The fan in the room looks like it's going to fall on you. Dirty pools, moldy lemons at the bottom (falling from a nearby tree). Ugly. The hotel could be clean and it would be a simple but nice place. But it is not. It is awful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uno de los peores lugares donde me he quedado, para el costo de las habitaciones se deja mucho que desear ya que se alquiló una de las más caras en $1100 y la habitación aparte de que le faltaba que hicieran el aseo, los colchones estaban más duros que dormir en el piso. Si cambiarán esos dos puntos los recomendaría mucho, ya que el trato de las personas que te atienden es muy amable.
One of the worst places where I have stayed, for the cost of the rooms it leaves much to be desired since one of the most expensive was rented at $1100 and the room, apart from the fact that it lacked cleaning, the mattresses were harder to sleep on the floor. If those two points will change, I would highly recommend them, since the treatment of the people who serve you is very friendly.
