★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Viví ahí por dos años y la verdad es muy tranquilo, las áreas verdes y parques son bonitos, las casas son bonitas pero muy pequeñas para lo que queríamos y los materiales no son de la mejor calidad. El problema para mi es que es un desarrollo demasiado grande y la convivencia con los vecinos cada vez fue siendo mas complicada. La administración tiene sus problemas pero al menos se ve la intención de mejorar (a veces), hay peores.
 I lived there for two years and the truth is it is very quiet, the green areas and parks are beautiful, the houses are nice but very small for what we wanted and the materials are not of the best quality. The problem for me is that it is too big a development and living with the neighbors was becoming more and more complicated. The administration has its problems but at least the intention is to improve (sometimes), there are worse.

Las casas están bien construidas, con buena cimentación, los procesos constructivos bien ejecutados, sistemas de aislamiento térmico en techos para mantener una temperatura adecuada en tiempos de calor y de frío. Hay de un nivel con dos recámaras y de 2 niveles con 3 recámaras. Acérquense a ventas en la entrada del desarrollo y recibirá una excelente atención. Se encuentra bien ubicada en el Municipio de Zempoala a 5 minutos de la carretera Mexico-Pachuca.

The houses are well built, with good foundations, well-executed construction processes, thermal insulation systems on roofs to maintain an adequate temperature in hot and cold times. There is one level with two bedrooms and two levels with 3 bedrooms. Come to sales at the entrance of the development and you will receive excellent attention. It is well located in the Municipality of Zempoala, 5 minutes from the Mexico-Pachuca highway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un hermoso lugar para vivir, las casas son hermosas y me enamoré de las calles, están muy limpias y muy bien cuidadas, la ubicación está un poco incómodo y la estación del Tuzobus si está un poco alejada pero lo compensa la calidad del lugar, un lugar al cuál si me gustaría vivir.
It is a beautiful place to live, the houses are beautiful and I fell in love with the streets, they are very clean and very well maintained, the location is a bit inconvenient and the Tuzobus station is a bit far but the quality of the place makes up for it, a place where I would like to live.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un buen lugar para vivir, tiene precios accesibles, seguridad y los servicios son adecuados, siempre está limpio y sus áreas son muy cuidadas, tiene limitantes, como que no hay comercios establecidos, faltan áreas comerciales e internet que no sea inalámbrico, también el transporte no es constante, pero si accesible. Sin duda ha cumplido con mis expectativas de vivienda.
It is a good place to live, it has affordable prices, security and the services are adequate, it is always clean and its areas are very well cared for, it has limitations, such as there are no established shops, commercial areas and internet that is not wireless, also the Transportation is not constant, but it is accessible. It has certainly met my expectations for housing.
