★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel céntrico, no tiene internet, limpio, cómodo, el único detalle entra y sale gente a todas horas y se oye mucho barullo por las ruedas de las maletas.
 Central hotel, no internet, clean, comfortable, the only detail people come and go at all hours and a lot of noise is heard by the wheels of the suitcases.

The two nights that I stayed they did not let me sleep. The people seemed to be partying and the receptionists did not care about the complaints and did not give a solution. lousy place to rest

-Los administradores no hacen respetar las reglas de convivencia
-La puerta de cancel para la regadera es ridículamente angosta
-Las almohadas son incómodas (hechas por retazos de relleno)
-Las toallas (casi inexistentes) son de manos y las hacen pasar como de cuerpo completo
-Las instalaciones eléctricas podrían presentar un riesgo ya que se encuentran expuestas
Resumiendo- No hay control en el número de huéspedes por habitación así como en el acceso de mascotas por lo que es un lugar extremadamente ruidoso y nada recomendable para descansar.

-The administrators do not enforce the rules of coexistence
-The shower door is ridiculously narrow
-Pillows are uncomfortable (made by patchwork of padding)
-The towels (almost nonexistent) are for hands and make them pass as full body
-Electrical installations could present a risk since they are exposed
In summary- There is no control in the number of guests per room as well as in the access of pets so it is an extremely noisy place and not recommended to rest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El hotel es bonito. Las habitaciones un poco pequeñas pero se descansa bien. Está súper ubicado cerca de la catedral y los su estácionamiento muy amplio. Aparte los dueños o los trabajadores muy amables . Nos gustó más por qué soy cliente frecuente de San Juan de los Lagos y tuve que buscar otro hotel pues antes me hospedaba en el hotel de Lizzmar pero me lleve un muy mal sabor de boca y preferimos cambiar. Definitivamente hicimos bien.
The hotel is nice. The rooms are a bit small but you can rest well. It is super located near the cathedral and its very large parking lot. Apart from the very friendly owners or workers. We liked it better because I am a frequent client of San Juan de los Lagos and I had to look for another hotel because I used to stay at the Lizzmar hotel but I had a very bad taste in my mouth and we preferred to change. We definitely did well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is great but thats the only good thing about this place. The room was really dirty. No towels. The restroom was disgusting as were the blankets. Its a shame that they don’t do the upkeep. It felt like they didn’t clean the room at all. Do not book.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is probably the only good thing about this place. It’s disgusting, it was dirty all around. The floors were dirty, the blanket provided was filthy and had stains all over, and the shower looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in ages. The towel rack fell out of no where??? Don’t understand how that’s possible if they don’t even provide towels? TV didn’t work. The plugs were all unscrewed and impossible to use. Pretty dangerous for the little ones since the wires are all exposed. First and last time here.
