The hotel is very quiet, comfortable and close to the city center. The staff at the reception were very friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es muy acogedor y el trato es increíble solo que le hace falta mantenimiento, checar bien las televisiones x que jamás le pudimos cambiar y el wifi hasta arraba no agarra de ahí en fuera esta super bien un lugar con muchisima historia muchas antigüedades y la dueña te atiende trato personalizado y muy amable.
It is very welcoming and the deal is incredible only that it takes maintenance, check well the televisions x that we could never change and the wifi until lease does not grab out there this super well a place with a lot of history many antiques and the owner Attend custom and very friendly treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El hotel es bonito, buena ubicación, camas cómodas, pero la limpieza mala, debajo de las camas llenas de polvo y suciedad y la limpieza del baño no es buena, la taza amarilla por dentro y sucio a los lados.
The hotel is nice, good location, comfortable beds, but poor cleaning, under the beds full of dust and dirt and the cleanliness of the bathroom is not good, the yellow cup inside and dirty on the sides.

The one small recommendation I would make would be to boost the wifi signal strength to the back bedrooms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and comfty place. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The beds are incredible good for a all night sleep and the pillows are the perfect combo for making it possible. However, there are few flaws, in the most upper rooms the WiFi signal is awful and the Hotel do not have a parking lot during the day. They offer, however, free parking lot in what in México are called "Pensión" during night time (22 H. - 8 H). They accept all Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is perfectly located for anyone touring the Basilica and wanting to enjoy the night life of Puebla. The style is comfortable and the staff is family oriented, family run. Parking garage next door makes for super convenient travel. Hotel room is basic but the price is very good for the budget. I liked so much I stayed there on my return drive through Puebla so two stays, two nights.
