★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente lugar para vivir , no obstante el estar tan cerca del río Lerma genera promesa muy muy fuertes, además las casas que se rentan están sobre valoradas y carecen de mantenimiento. La comunidad es muy amable y dedicada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un Residencial Habitacional de nivel socio económico medio-bajo, aproximadamente 800 casas con una ocupación al 72% ... Hay buenos inquilinos pero lamentablemente también hay gente poco agradable, varios irresponsables con animales, los "vecinos" no saludan y la Administración la mayoría de las ocasiones es inútil no ayuda si no se beneficia en algo, es un lugar limpio, la mayor parte del tiempo silencioso, en las mañanas y tardes siempre hay tráfico. Está muy lejos de ser un "Sauces" y de los "Real Santa Clara" cercanos es el más limpio. La luz se va poco en época de lluvias, solo llega megacable (mal servicio) y Telmex (la mejor opción)
