★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condominio departamental Aparentemente nuevo sin embargo los servicios compartidos no se usan porque la administración indica que podrían ser dañados a lo cual se me hace algo ilógico ya que cada departamento paga su mantenimiento no me gusta la decoración todo es blanco y negro parece que estás entrando en una cárcel a la entrada a la seguridad se me hace bastante nula los departamentos si son amplios pero no tienen buena luz natural uso excesivo de focos no me gusta la distribución de los departamentos las rentas son ilógicas no me quedaría ahí

Esta ubicado a una cuadra del metro San Cosme por lo que puedes comunicarte con cualquier parte de la ciudad de forma rápida y barata. Tiene un mercado enfrente sin embargo es la parte de atrás por lo que no hay bullicio. La colonia es muy segura y bonita.
Apartment complex located in the San Rafael neighborhood. It is located one block from San Cosme subway so you can communicate with any part of the city quickly and cheaply. It has a market opposite however it is the back so there is no hustle and bustle. The colony is very safe and beautiful.
