★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio no nos dieron información de las políticas y cancelaciones y muchas cosas más del hotel según el señor "ellos no dan información toda la tienes q solicitar si no no te dicen". Nos cobraron muchísimo de penalización y no asumió su responsabilidad de no dar la información acerca de esto, no vayan que la agencia nose preocupa por estar bien con el cliente ni resuelve nada.
Bad service did not give us information about the policies and cancellations and many more things about the hotel according to the gentleman "they do not give information all you have to request if they do not tell you". They charged us a lot of penalty and did not assume their responsibility of not giving the information about this, do not go that the agency does not worry about being right with the client or resolving anything.
