★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En mi caso fue un muy mal servicio. En un proceso para rentar una departamento primero nos ofrecieron un inmueble y luego sin avisarnos en el contrato pusieron otro. Nos citaron a firmar el contrato en sus oficinas sin avisarnos que el departamento a rentar no era el que queríamos y tampoco nos pidieron ir a la propiedad a revisarla para firmar allá el contrato. Nunca nos avisaron sobre el cambio de departamento y hasta parecía que no les importaba la situación. Cuando leímos el contrato tenían fallas que indicamos para que las cambiaran y posteriormente cuando nos enviaron el nuevo contrato, era el mismo sin cambios. Nos dijeron que quien rentaba era el del problema y en otra ocasión que habían olvidado notificar los cambios, como quiera que haya sido, su responsabilidad profesional es estar al tanto de la situación e informarnos éticamente cualquier cambio en lo ofrecido. Si no hubiéramos preguntado durante la revisión del contrato nadie nos hubiera dicho. Tienen muchas fallas de profesionalismo y hasta malas caras de una de las dos personas que nos atendió.
In my case it was a very bad service. In a process to rent an apartment, they first offered us a property and then without notifying us in the contract they put another one. They summoned us to sign the contract in their offices without notifying us that the apartment to rent was not the one we wanted and they did not ask us to go to the property to review it to sign the contract there. They never warned us about the department change and they even didn't seem to care about the situation. When we read the contract they had faults that we indicated to change them and later when they sent us the new contract, it was the same without changes. They told us that the person who was renting was the one with the problem and on another occasion that they had forgotten to notify the changes, however it may have been, their professional responsibility is to be aware of the situation and ethically inform us of any changes in what has been offered. If we hadn't asked during the contract review, no one would have told us. They have many flaws in professionalism and even bad faces from one of the two people who attended us.
