Horrible very raw food and lousy quality hamburgers take time to serve and the waiters zero prevention measures, horrible food

The service is poor, the music at a high volume that does not allow you to converse with your companions. The food is a FUCK, they hook you with a promotion of 179.00 everything you want to eat (includes wings, boneless, pizza, hamburger) but they don't tell you that not all the hamburgers, they restrict you to EVERYTHING: THEY TELL YOU THAT THE FOOD IT TAKES 15 MINUTES to prepare and that you can only order once you have finished what you ordered first. There was NO pizza. The boneless ones looked more like chicken popcorn. The meat in the burger is the kind that they sell at SAMs, which is mixed with soy. Options are very limited A bad experience, I will not return and I do not recommend it.

APPALLING we asked for a package to be able to eat everything we wanted (wings, boneless, PIZZA, potatoes, hamburgers and vegetables) If you don't finish something you pay for it at the menu price, perfect, but they brought potatoes and vegetables to all of us, when we hadn't asked for it, the wings were disgusting, there was no pizza, they asked from the beginning if they made micheladas with natural lemon and they said yes, the lemon was from concentrate, the hostess with the mask under her nose, and they did not know how to use the terminal when paying... and after a terrible service they wanted to demand that we leave in writing why we did not leave a tip, because the place charges the waiters 4.5% of the orders for the kitchen... which is a bad practice on the part of the owners. I hope they will check them

Horrible, would never go back. All with a very bad attitude, in addition to the fact that the buffet is only publicity since it took more than an hour to serve me 5 wings, and when I reminded the waitress she asked me again what I had ordered, I do not recommend it at all. My friends and I ended up eating only 2 things from the buffet since they take so long to serve and everyone has a horrible attitude. There are many tricks like the liter beer at $59 on the menu at the end, it costs you $130, I ended up paying about $300. Also, if you pay by card, you have to include the tip despite the bad treatment.

An incredible place, the atmosphere and ventilation comfortable and pleasant, the place extremely clean and all with good attention. The super rich and quality food, the attention of our incredible DANTE waiter with a POSITIVE and FRIENDLY attitude. This Puebla branch is recommended 100%, apart from the fact that they don't fill you with potatoes and vegetables like other branches I have attended do.

The place is great, the cost of the buffet is promising, but when explaining its limitations is where there are problems, they tell you that you must have finished at least half of what you ask for to order the following (something silly since they say that if you don't finish it they will charge you at the menu price, something normal in this kind of buffet) the time it took to bring the first thing (the hamburger is not bad) was 15 minutes and we were only 3 tables (point less) then it took almost 15 minutes more to bring 5 wings, my disappointment began when they brought me the pizza (the one in the image) the ones from the oxxo taste better, the boneless ones are very burnt and the dressing terrible, the only thing that could be saved was the margarita. I don't think I'll go again and I'm very hesitant to recommend it for the buffet
