★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me parece increíble la falta de compromiso que tiene Jorge Espinosa para con los embarques que maneja en aéreo. Traté de comunicarme todo el día con él para la revalidación de mi embarque y ni siquiera devuelve la llamada. Evitense el coraje y NO CONTRATEN NADA CON ESTE FORWARDER de novatos. Ahórrense tiempo y dinero.
 It seems incredible to me the lack of commitment that Jorge Espinosa has towards the shipments he handles by air. I tried to communicate all day with him for the revalidation of my shipment and he does not even return my call. Avoid courage and DO NOT HIRE ANYTHING WITH THIS FORWARDER from newbies. Save yourself time and money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Words cannot express the great work that this forwarder does. This is coming from a USA corporate person who's production facility is in Mexico and ships all over the world. I would be lost without the knowledge from Jorge and Karen. You both ROCK and do awesome work. Keep up the great work :)
