★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En este lugar en donde se expiden placas, se paga refrendo anual, no tenencia, otros servicios como la licencia de conducción. No suele estar muy lleno en fechas qué no sean los primeros 4 meses del año.
Por la calle principal son dos edificios, la entrada es por el qué esta hacia adentro y el lugar donde harás el tramite será el qué se ve más hacia afuera.
In this place where plates are issued, annual endorsement is paid, not possession, other services such as the driver's license. It is not usually very crowded on dates other than the first 4 months of the year.
On the main street there are two buildings, the entrance is why it is inwards and the place where you will do the procedure will be the one that is seen more outwards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio y mal trato. Mi familiar usa silla de ruedas y no le dieron preferencia y lo hicieron formarse entre tanta gente. Aparte de su discapacidad mi familiar no puede estar mucho tiempo en la silla de ruedas y eso no les importó. Capaciten y concienticen a su personal por favor.
Terrible service and poor treatment. My family member uses a wheelchair and they did not give him preference and made him line up among so many people. Apart from his disability, my family member cannot spend much time in the wheelchair and that did not matter to them. Train and educate your staff please.
