La señorita que se encargó de realizar la baja de mi vehículo y certificación de mis pagos fue muy amable. El trámite fue muy rápido. Las cajas muy eficientes. La cajera con un trato muy amable también. No tengo palabras para agradecer a todo el personal de esta recaudadora. Recomendada al cien porciento!!! S	Sofia Chokis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, en primer lugar, te regresan a que saques documentos de más que no vienen incluidos en la información de la página ( curp, reporte de carro no robado, croquis de tu casa, si no lo pueden imprimir dibujenlo en un papelito Jeje, y más que no recuerdo por el momento, ellos mismos están en la calle imprimiendo documentos y cobran carísimos, por 4 copias fueron $50. Y no queda de otra mas que sacarlos ahi porque no hay mas.) el personal que recibe copias, me pidió que endosar un título y al momento de pagar me cobraron aparte de las placas 5000 pesos por eso cuando yo traía factura de mi pago de impuestos, y no podían hacer nada, dijeron que devia ir con un notario para anular eso que ha vía escrito ( el endoso) que no devia haberlo escrito cuando fue ellos que se equivocaron y me dijeron que pusiera el endosó, y a la hora de reclamar ellos niegan todo... Ya que llegas a tu cita con loa documentos que te piden desde el momento de hacer la cita y resulta que ya estando en la recaudadora te mandan al "ciber" para que lleves repuve, validacion de ine validacion en google del comprobante de domicilio que llevas. Y en otras recaudadora no lo piden ya que cuando ellos hacen el tramite todo eso se valida ahi en su sistema pero obvio te mandan a gastar mas con los señores gestores de ahi mismo. Cómo es posible que una dependencia de gobierno robe a los ciudadanos. M	Mauricio Argueta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un proceso super lento y muy costoso, por cambio de propietario y sin adeudo me cobraron 8k, lleven al menos 2 copias legibles de curp, cita, validación ine, reporte repube, rfc, validación factura carro, factura (debe estar endosasa si no esta a su nombre), comprobante de domicilio, croquis de su casa y 2 copias de la cota, les ahorrará volverse a formar y dinero, eso si trámite lentísimo, lleguen antes de las 7, recomiendo 6:30 van dando fichas como llegan y después de las 7 no reciben, x último a mi me llevo 8 hrs, asi que pidan el dia y lleven todo en oficial, vigente y copias, me toco ver 2 personas después de 8 hrs las regresaron por falta de papeles.
