★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Resulta que ahora, por los pagos de impuestos, han cambiado "el criterio oficial" para determinar quién ingresa ya la identificación del INAPAM, no es válida en la "Fila de adultos mayores" y solo Adultos con una "notable" discapacidad tienen solo ellos el derecho. Según me comentó el encargado del ingreso y menciono "esa es la indicación oficial" del Ayuntamiento de Tlajomulco.
Y el respeto a nuestra edad y derechos logrados ???
Vaya decepción!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ciertamente el servicio es ágil, todos con turnos en pantalla, el personal está plenamente identificado, es amable pero lamentablemente no le dan preferencia a las personas de la tercera edad, lo cual me parece un error capital. Ojalá puedan mejorar eso.
Recuerden usuarios mantener la sana distancia y hacer su trámite detrás de la línea delimitada, por favor.
Certainly the service is agile, everyone has shifts on the screen, the staff is fully identified, they are friendly but unfortunately they do not give preference to the elderly, which seems to me to be a capital mistake. Hopefully they can improve that.
