CERO EFICIENCIA, mucha gente (administrativos) y solo veo poca sensibilidad y compromiso con el tiempo de las personas, el sistema (BUROCRACIA) está diseñado para esto....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio van tres veces que vengo a pagar el agua en este año y nunca tienen sistema, que casualidad, pura servidor público flojo que solo va a tomar café y galletas de nuestros impuestos, siempre te mandan al Oxxo que si no está vencido como sino lo supiera uno, la cuestión es que el oxxo me cobra el estimado anual con el recibo y yo solo quiero pagar el mensual y tengo que ir a las águilas cuando vivo a unas cuadras de ciudadela.
