★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Era hasta hoy cliente frecuente, sin embargo en las últimas semanas, el nivel de atención ha venido deteriorándose y también la confianza que les tenía.
Hace una semana pedí un kilo de huevo "San Juan" y al llegar a casa, me di cuenta que me habían dado mitad San Juan y mitad de los mini huevos sin sello que ellos venden.
Hoy fui por 3 plátanos y eran 10 pesos, pagué con mi único billete que llevaba y me dijo que no tenía cambio y con actitud altiva me ignoró y atendió a otro cliente, dándole sin ningún problema el cambio que originó su compra.
Creo que sienten que "no tienen competencia" y que ya son "indispensables" para los habitantes de la Colonia.
Yo ya no volveré a comprarles nada.
He was a frequent customer until today, however in recent weeks, the level of attention has been deteriorating and so has the trust he had in them.
A week ago I ordered a kilo of "San Juan" eggs and when I got home, I realized that they had given me half San Juan and half of the mini unsealed eggs that they sell.
Today I went for 3 bananas and they were 10 pesos, I paid with my only ticket and he told me that he had no change and with a haughty attitude he ignored me and attended to another customer, giving him the change that originated his purchase without any problem.
I think they feel that they "have no competition" and that they are already "indispensable" for the inhabitants of the Colony.
I will never buy anything from them again.
