El sábado mi paquete llegó y me hablaron para preguntarme bien mi dirección, luego que no podían ir hasta esa colonia. Al final no fueron que porque su supervisor lo mando a paraiso y hoy que marque a el muchacho me dice que será hasta el próximo sábado que vaya a entregarlo y cuando le dije que yo tenía un compromiso de entregar el pedido hoy y me colgó. Hable a las oficinas de huimanguillo y una señorita muy amable me dijo que el joven había dejado el paquete como entregado y que uno iría a buscarlo. Osea... ya no lo iban a ir a entregar y no me dijo. Después de 5 días se hacen devoluciones según me informa la chica mi paquete sería devuelto pasado mañana y yo esperando que el recolector haga la entrega. ? la señorita me hizo el favor de enviarlo a las oficinas de Villa para ir a buscarlo aquí. Que mal que esas personas no se tomen su trabajo enserio y se les haga fácil dejar los paquetes y decir que uno va a ir cuando uno paga para que la entrega sea a domicilio. Por todo lo demás todo bien, me llegó el paquete en ese establecimiento y sin problema alguno. Por eso solo le doy cuatro estrellas de cinco.....
