Definitivamente no lo recomiendo para sus eventos. Terrible service, organizers and staff are rude, not friendly at all, say one thing and end up doing another. I definitely do not recommend it for your events.

A	Andrea Sol Gar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinceramente me llevé una decepción, para empezar el Sr. Daniel no es nada cortés, durante mi evento me fue a decir en 3 ocasiones que nos apresuraramos con el programa porque la salida tenía que ser muy puntual. Los invitados pedían que quitaran el aire acondicionado porque se sentía mucho frío, y nos dijeron que por protocolo sanitario no lo hacían, pero no abrieron las puertas para que circulara el aire. Y el café que sirvieron fue pésimo, muchos de los invitados mejor lo dejaron, los chilaquiles picosísimos. Solo puedo reconocer que las instalaciones se ven bien. Honestly I was disappointed, to begin with Mr. Daniel is not at all courteous, during my event he told me on 3 occasions to hurry up with the program because the departure had to be very punctual. The guests asked that the air conditioning be removed because it felt very cold, and they told us that due to sanitary protocol they did not do it, but they did not open the doors so that the air could circulate. And the coffee they served was lousy, many of the guests left it better, the chilaquiles were very spicy. I can only admit that the facilities look good.

Tengo las llamadas grabadas en las cuales su actitud nefasta ( no solo de uno, sino de una chica tambien) deja mucho que desear. ¿Quien se creen para tratar así a sus clientes? Solo hacen dar vueltas,uno dice algo y otro algo totalmente distinto y se van contra uno como si deberás. parece ser que ni ellos están en la misma sintonía. Después de ya no querer dar la cara dejaron de responder el teléfono y posteriormente a devolver el dinero además de agredir emocionalmente a una amiga, que ganan con hacerla llorar? La verdad mas que coraje y enojo, me da tristeza porque no se vale... Si quieren un evento que valga la pena confirmo que aquí no es. Además en el evento al que asistí, se comprometió a tener hielos y bebidas ilimitadas para acompañar el licor que se ingresara, y a la 1 am ya no había hielos, el aire acondicionado, no funcionaba para refrescar el lugar, además de que la comida fue servida hora y media después de lo acordado. R	Ruben Jimenez Librado on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El salón es muy extenso,el salón muy bonito,la pista de baile igual muy bien se adapta a cualquier idea pensada,lo q cambiaria es la atención al cliente es muy lenta y bueno supongo q no toda es la culpa del mesero,también incluye a la cocina y gerentes del lugar. Con un cambio de personal un poco más experimento se daría un mejor servicio.
