★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un gran lugar para reciclar cualquier tipo de papel que te sobre en tu casa u oficina. En mi caso, entregué unos libros que tenía hace años y ellos lo recibieron sin problemas. Trabajan los días sábados para todos los Godínez como yo.
It is a great place to recycle any type of paper that you have in your home or office. In my case, I delivered some books that I had years ago and they received it without problems. They work on Saturdays for all Godinez like me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atención del equipo de la reciclada Raypal. Recogieron los materiales en mi casa, con puntualidad y muy rápido. Hicieron este trabajo aunque yo no tenía una gran cantidad de papel, como solicitan en otras recicladas.
Excellent attention of the Raypal recycled team. They collected the materials in my house, on time and very quickly. They did this job even though I didn't have a lot of paper, as requested in other recycled ones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca atienden llamo para recojer periódico para empaque que segun eso si venden y 1 semana me han estado diciendo una hora y luego que no pueden. Me comunico de nuevo y me cuelgan. Pará que dicen que si venden si no atienden.
They never answer, I call to pick up newspaper for packaging, which according to that if they sell and 1 week they have been telling me for an hour and then they can't. I communicate again and they hang up on me. Stop they say that if they sell if they do not attend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible servicio, de nada sirve que agendes recolecciones, no me respetaron ni día ni hora. Me cambiaron 3 veces mi agenda y terminaron por no pasar por mi papel. No batallen con esta recolectora y mejor usen otras opciones como "Te lo compro" o " Planeta tierra"
Terrible service, it is useless for you to schedule collections, they did not respect me neither day nor hour. They changed my agenda 3 times and ended up bypassing my role. Do not battle with this collector and better use other options such as "I buy it" or "Planet earth"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impuntuales, nada comprometidos. Agendé y me movieron 3 veces la agenda de mi recolección y al final me dijeron que simplemente ya no pasarían por mi material.
Hablé con 2 personas diferentes de Raypal y ninguno les importó poder ayudarme.
Ahora en la reseñas de google dicen que le darán seguimiento a la situación sin siquiera preguntarme mi número de recolección o intentar contactarme. Es obvio que NO SE PREOCUPARAN POR RESOLVERME.
No vale la pena que agenden con Raypal, hay mayores
Unpunctual, not at all compromised. I arranged and they moved my collection schedule 3 times and in the end they told me that they would simply no longer go through my material.
I spoke to 2 different people from Raypal and neither of them minded being able to help me.
Now in the google reviews they say that they will follow up on the situation without even asking me my pickup number or trying to contact me. It is obvious that they WILL NOT WORRY ABOUT SOLVING ME.
It is not worth it to schedule with Raypal, there are older
