★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una zona que aún está en pleno crecimiento, promete ser una zona bien ubicada con servicios para lo que se requiera, al estar a las afueras del tercer anillo está en una zona tranquila, y su ubicación cercana a la universidad lo hace un buen punto de partida para zona residencial. Considero que al ser zona todavía construyendose, las casas cuando son adquiridas necesitan que les mejores lo que tienen, y así hacer un buen hogar.
It is an area that is still in full growth, it promises to be a well located area with services for whatever is required, being on the outskirts of the third ring road it is in a quiet area, and its location near the university makes it a good point departure for residential area. I consider that being an area still under construction, when houses are acquired they need to improve what they have, and thus make a good home.
