★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A diferencia de otros comentarios, me pareció el costo servicio muy accesible y bueno, existió amabilidad y respeto por el dolor que pasé y no tuve ningún problema. Yo si recomiendo el servicio de el velatorio de los encinos una buena opción para ese momento tan doloroso. Todo el personal muy amable , y sobretodo cuando recogen el cuerpo y lo arreglan muy bien todo excelente
Unlike other comments, I found the cost service very accessible and good, there was kindness and respect for the pain I went through and I had no problem. I do recommend the holm oak service a good option for that painful moment. All the staff very friendly, and especially when they pick up the body and fix it very well all excellent

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala experiencia, te dicen que en el cobro va incluido el impuesto municipal, es una mentira, te roban ese dinero y lo tienes que pagar otra vez en municipio. Fíjense en en recibo de dinero que dan y que explícitamente diga pago de impuestos municipales.
Bad experience, they tell you that the municipal tax is included in the collection, it is a lie, they steal that money and you have to pay it again in the municipality. Look at the money receipt they give and that it explicitly says payment of municipal taxes.
