Vivo cerca de ellos de modo que un día pase caminando y ví que tenían la carne sobre cocina, quise darles una oportunidad y pues total decepción. Cuando se cocina a la parrilla hay que tener cuidado de no quemar las cosas, además de que la carne debe de estar término medio a tres cuartos para que siga jugosa y ser preparada al monento, no tenerla en la parrilla secandose. Por otro lado, no parece de buena calidad la carne molida que usan, muy compacta, sin cuerpo y pareciera que la revuelven con chorizo lo que termina matando el sabor de la carne. Además el repartidor no usaba cubrebocas, desconozco si en el local lo usen todos los empleados. Burnt, dry, tasteless meat.
