★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleve un tóner a recargar y en el precio te incluye el supuesto cambio del chip, pero cual es mi sorpresa que al instalarlo en la impresora me reconoce que el tóner esta vacío lo llevo de nuevo y me dicen que si cambiaron el chip lo cual no es cierto. Les dejo de nuevo el tóner, al recogerlo y ponerlo de nuevo me dice la computadora que el toner no es compatible. En total lo lleve otras 2 veces hasta que por fin le atinaron al chip. Personalmente no vuelvo a llevar a recargar aquí el tóner fue una mala experiencia.
Take a toner to recharge and in the price it includes the supposed change of the chip, but what is my surprise that when installing it in the printer it recognizes me that the toner is empty I take it again and they tell me that if they changed the chip which does not It is true. I leave the toner again, when I pick it up and put it back, the computer tells me that the toner is not compatible. In total I took it another 2 times until finally the chip was hit. Personally I do not bring back to recharge toner here was a bad experience.
