Te hacen firmar un documento en el cual si "el diagnostico" es por debajo de $500 lo tienes que asumir, independientemente si queda corregida la impresora o no. En mi caso, trabajaron la impresora pero no la dejaron funcional al 100%. Además, pedi apoyo para hacer una prueba de impresión al momento y me dijeron que regresara al dia siguiente porque ya iba a cerrar (aun faltaban 20 minutos para el cierre que me habian dicho, esto es las 18 hrs). Ojala tomen en cosideración esta recplica. Gracias
I didn't like the way they operate. They make you sign a document in which if "the diagnosis" is below $500 you have to assume it, regardless of whether the printer is corrected or not. In my case, they worked the printer but did not leave it 100% functional. In addition, I asked for support to do a print test at the moment and they told me to come back the next day because it was going to close (there was still 20 minutes left for the closing time that they had told me, that is, 6:00 p.m.).
