Muy mala experiencia con ellos.
Y necesitaba una computadora con ciertas especificaciones, ya que estudio arquitectura.
fui con ellos, por que venden laptops, les pedi una laptop con un procesador intel i5 y alguna tarjeta de video. Me afrecieron una hp buena a la vista. me la dejaron en 15000, accedi por que otra laptop con especificaciones similares vale 20000 nueva.
el problema fue que, los programas no corrian como deberia, consulte con alguien externo y me dijo: QUE EL PROCESADOR DE LA LAPTOP SI ERA UN I5 PERO DE TERCERA GENERACION, UN PROCESADOR VIEJISIMO. yo necesito un procesador de por lo menos 7 generacion. se aprovecharon de mi, por no saber de generaciones. ahora solo tengo un dinosaurio en casa. y al reclamar el tipo me dijo QUE NO ERA SU PROBLEMA. Es una estafa, COTICE ESTA COMPUTADORA, NO ME DAN MAS DE 4000 PESOS.
Si leen esto no caigan, ya van varios que reseñan mal, super mal plan y lo peor es que soy mujer sola, y ni como reclamar. el "tecnico" se pone muy intenso y dice que llamara a la patrulla. la vez que le reclame me insulto, y mejor me fui.

mi mala experiencia se puede resumir, como que me ROBARON.
lleve una impresora a revisión ya que imprimía mal, la deja y me la entregaron una semana despumes. todo estaba bien pero empezó a fallar de nuevo, la lleve y me dijo que ya no había arreglo.
este técnico me vendió un servicio donde me dijo, pondría tintas nuevas, cambiaría los cojines de la impresora, alinearía cabezales y che caria el desperfecto por 700 pesos.
lleve mi impresora por una segunda opinión, este otro técnico me dijo que los cojines de la impresora ya eran viejos, y el cabezal estaba muy sucio (batido de tinta) por eso imprimía mal.
no confíen en este técnico me cobro 700 pesos por llenarme la tinta, cabe decir todavía fue con tinta genérica.
MUY MAL SERVICIO.

Do not trust this technician. I charge 700 pesos to fill the ink, it should be said that it was still with generic ink.
VERY BAD SERVICE.

Me "repararon" una impresora, la falla era que no encendía.
total, me cobraron 1000 pesos por reparar el problema y rellenar la tinta y hacerle servicio.
después de recogerla, empezó a fallar igual, regrese y la tuvieron 3 días mas, regreso y me dicen que era fuente. Esta vez me pedían 1000 pesos para reemplazar la placa, ya que según ellos la placa y fuente eran una sola pieza. no la deje.
después investigue y mi impresora no tiene tarjeta y fuente juntas, son dos piezas diferentes, compre la fuente (es como una cajita) se cambio la pieza muy fácil y solo me costo 300 pesos.
veo que son oportunistas, buscan estafar a personas que no saben.
