Although in the workshop they fixed me well the damages that my car suffered in its lower part (bridges, axle, etc.), by total carelessness -when removing the seats- they caused bumps and scratches on the dashboard, center console and protection molds of the doors. I had to detect these details, the workshop did not tell me anything (they hope the client does not realize it): a total lack of honesty and respect. Besides the fact that the damage to the interior would have been easy to avoid, his justification was that "mistakes happen." There was no apology, much less a proposed settlement. The little boss cowardly did not show his face, he hid behind his staff. Anyway, I already filed my complaint with my insurance company (Inbursa) who decided to work with this type of workshop. Be careful, in this RIA workshop they are capable of fixing and damaging at the same time. It was a bad experience. Hopefully there are better workshops in town.

I applied insurance because of a tire that cracked. The attention was quite fast given that the size of the tire is not very common and in 4 days I already had my car back with its new tire. The attention is very personalized and they called me at least once a day to give me news of my car, they delivered it clean, aligned and balanced. I highly recommend this workshop based on my experience.

They don't know what they're doing and they give you a bad diagnosis and then they want to continue taking money from you, they don't do their job properly and they deliver half jobs. I give it 1 star because you can't put 0. Quite mediocre work, poorly done, and halfway and very bad experience. If they have the opportunity to choose any other workshop, it is more recommended.
