Pésimo servicio, me robaron gasolina, faltan piezas que ni siquiera tendrían que reparar, cambiaron los rines de lugar para evitar arreglarlos, robaron faros de niebla al vehículo, robaron cables de corriente de la cajuela, cambiaron la batería

Ya va para 3 meses y aún no me llaman para reparar mi auto, el seguro me dice que es cambio de rin completo y ellos dicen que se debe reparar.

Buena atención. Asistencia rápida. Cumplieron en el tiempo estipulado. Me entregaron el vehículo antes de lo prometido. En cuanto a la calidad es buena, pero si pudieron haber detallado aún mejor. El número de teléfono que aparece nunca contestan.

Pésimo servicio en general, nunca contestan el teléfono, tengo mi reporte con fecha del 20 de Nov 2021 y hoy 21 de feb del 2022 es fecha que no me resuelven mi daño a pesar que la aseguradora ya les pago

No sé si sea solo mi caso, pero fueron dos meses y medio para que me entregaran mi auto después de un percance en donde me chocaron, cada quien opina como le fue en la fiesta y en mi caso es muy malo el servicio

Nuestra camioneta quedo bien en lo que cabe pero el olor que le dejaron a cigarro ? es realmente asqueroso, llevaba gasolina y fum como de arte de magia no traía más que los olores. Les faltó un detalle que se les había comentado en otra cita que se hizo para revisión y no lo arreglaron.
Our truck was fine as far as it goes but the smell of cigarettes left behind ? is really disgusting, it had gasoline and smoke as if by magic it brought nothing but smells. They missed a detail that had been mentioned in another appointment that was made for review and they did not fix it.

Me asigno la aseguradora este taller, tiene buena fachada y atención al recibir, pero no me gusto el trabajo y su respuesta es muy superficial al comentar detalles. Deberían tener control de calidad para revisar antes de entregar. Además me lo entregaron con nula gasolina, yo traia para 80 km y decia la compu al tomarlo 17 km autonomia, pues a donde lo movieron? Yo mejor lo saque xk lo ocupo demasiado, pero por mi cuenta, no lo llevaría.
The insurance company assigned me this workshop, it has a good façade and attention when receiving, but I did not like the work and its response is very superficial when commenting on details. They should have quality control to check before delivering. In addition they gave it to me with no gasoline, I brought it for 80 km and the computer said when I took it 17 km autonomy, well, where did they move it? Tardaron mas de un mes para cambiarme una llanta, nunca me avisaron que mi refacción había llegado, tuve que hablar yo, cuando por fin fui por mi camioneta estaba con la pintura sin secar totalmente, y como que el trabajo lo hizo un mecanico externo porque la llevo de otro lugar "segun el area de lavado" pero cuando le dije que la salpicadura recién pintada tenia incrustrada una piedrita dijo " ahorita la corrijo" y se volvió a llevar la camioneta fuera del taller. No son formales, ni profesionales, su atención al cliente es muy mala. Se tardan mucho y no son proactivos, dan exageradas excusas por no hacer su trabajo bien, y todas sus fallas las culpan a las aseguradoras.

They are not formal, nor professional, their customer service is very bad. They take a long time and are not proactive, they make exaggerated excuses for not doing their job well, and all their failures are blamed on the insurers.
