Les faltó un detalle que se les había comentado en otra cita que se hizo para revisión y no lo arreglaron. Deberían tener control de calidad para revisar antes de entregar. Además me lo entregaron con nula gasolina, yo traia para 80 km y decia la compu al tomarlo 17 km autonomia, pues a donde lo movieron? Yo mejor lo saque xk lo ocupo demasiado, pero por mi cuenta, no lo llevaría. They should have quality control to check before delivering. N	NEYMA HERNANDEZ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tardaron mas de un mes para cambiarme una llanta, nunca me avisaron que mi refacción había llegado, tuve que hablar yo, cuando por fin fui por mi camioneta estaba con la pintura sin secar totalmente, y como que el trabajo lo hizo un mecanico externo porque la llevo de otro lugar "segun el area de lavado" pero cuando le dije que la salpicadura recién pintada tenia incrustrada una piedrita dijo " ahorita la corrijo" y se volvió a llevar la camioneta fuera del taller. No son formales, ni profesionales, su atención al cliente es muy mala. Se tardan mucho y no son proactivos, dan exageradas excusas por no hacer su trabajo bien, y todas sus fallas las culpan a las aseguradoras. They take a long time and are not proactive, they make exaggerated excuses for not doing their job well, and all their failures are blamed on the insurers.
