Ahora después de pandemia mis niños estan decepcionados del lugar, los juegos siguen siendo casi mismos (sin innovaciones), ahora hay menos juegos atractivos y los pocos que hay NO FUNCIONAN!! Pasas tu tarjeta y nada, por error la vuelves a pasar y nada (nada más consume tu saldo), reclamas y los chavales que atienden no te reembolsan nada y sólo te sugieren otro juego de de te pueden dar acceso y obviamente no es lo que querías jugar y esa historia se repite en casi el 50% de juegos que elegimos... Es decir nos la pasamos más tiempo reclamando que divirtiéndonos. Pésima experiencia. Now after the pandemic my children are disappointed in the place, the games are still almost the same (without innovations), now there are fewer attractive games and the few that exist DO NOT WORK!! You swipe your card and nothing, by mistake you swipe it again and nothing (nothing else consumes your balance), you make a claim and the guys who serve you don't refund anything and they only suggest another game of cards they can give you access to and obviously it's not what you wanted to play and that story repeats itself in almost 50% of the games we choose... In other words, we spend more time complaining than having fun. Terrible experience.

Esta sección la recomiendo mucho para niños pequeños ya que es divertida, segura y económica. Afuera puedes tomar una silla y relajarte mientras los niños juegan. There are 2 game areas, one inside a room with a video game and train, and the other in a food area. I highly recommend this section for young children as it is fun, safe and inexpensive. Outside you can grab a chair and relax while the kids play.

El personal afuera con los niños es muy poco y no atienden dudas y problemas. Y los pocos que hay contestan de mala gana. Para los niños vale la pena, el único detalle es ése!!
